Terms & Conditions agreement
Our locations are private in a private build NOT public build and it is subject to the laws of private accommodation in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
- It is strictly forbidden to enter any kind of weapons, drugs & prohibited substance in the apartment according to Jordanian law.
- Lessee shall bear the full responsibility for the introducing, housing and the actions of any guest during this rental mentioned in invoice.
- It is strictly prohibited to issue loud sounds or music & celebration that disturb the neighbors in the build.
- Are not allowed to modify the body of location and furniture without the consent of the leasing company.
- If the tenant want to leave the location before the expiration of the lease agreed as provided in the invoice must inform the leasing company 45 days before at least, otherwise, the tenant will lose the amount paid.
- Rentals of 45 days or less is not subject to change or to refund.
- Payment is full amount in advance upon check/in location
- Customer have the totally responsibility for all seriousness details provided about him self
- Elin accommodation reserve the rights to change the apartment for any confirmed booking if there is any problem that hindered the stay in apartment reserved
- In case of damage inside apartments rented , customer are obliged to pay value estimated by Elin Accommodation & vacancy period to fix that damage .
